Our private “Harbour Discovery” trip departs from the historic town of Cobh or the picturesque village of Crosshaven. Before setting off, you’ll have the chance to “meet your skipper,” who will share fascinating stories and prepare you for an unforgettable adventure. This private tour offers breathtaking scenery and the opportunity to spot seals, dolphins, gannets, basking sharks, and even minke and humpback whales. Our boats can hold up to 12 passengers each so we can cater for groups large and small. For example a 1hr trip it just €180 for up to 6ppl.

1hr is perfect for taking in the Harbour or explore offshore. Discover Cork Harbour onboard one of our RIB where you will take in stunning scenery and follow in the footsteps of the RMS Titanic.
Perfect for a quick spin!
Duration 1 hour
2hrs is ideal if you want to take in the Harbour and enjoy a stop for some refreshments in one of the many bars. Enjoy a stroll while grabbing fresh fish and chips before zooming back across the harbour to finish where it all started.
Duration 2 hours
3hrs is perfect if you want to spend some time on the water exploring and stop for a meal at a different location. Locations include Crosshaven, Cobh or Aghada. All of these locations have food and drink options.

There are two free carparks located in Cobh or there is paid on street parking available.
Parking in Crosshaven is free of charge.
Toilets are located at all arrival & departure points. If you are unsure please ask your skipper prior to departure and they will be more than happy to direct you to the nearest restroom.
Ocean Escapes can arrange to stop at a number of locations during this trip which will be arranged prior to departure & subject to availability. If you are out on an extended trip and wish to have a meal, we advise you book this in advance.
You will be required to step down into some of our boats which can be up to 60cm. We do not recommend our trips for anybody with a pre-existing back condition or for pregnant women.
Given the high speed nature of our trips we recommend a lower age limit of 8 years. This is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Cork to Cobh, the route number is 200.
You can travel on a short 28min scenic train journey from Cork City to Cobh. The train departs from Kent train station and runs to Cobh.
