Who we are

Andrew, owner and operator of Ocean Escapes has been passionate about boats from the age of 8. He spent his early years on the “back beach” in Fountainstown on his first boat where his love for the water blossomed. Join Andrew onboard to hear how he started his business after defying all odds following a cancer diagnosis. He now lives out his dream of showing off the beauty of this unspoilt land, sharing stories from his personal life and local history. Andrew’s passion is truly infectious and will create an experience you’ll never forget.

Our RIBs range from 8.5mts to 11mts and are all fitted with Mercury Verado supercharged outboard engines. All our boats have an epic sound system that allows you to listen to your own playlist!

Our RIBs – Slainte, Saoirse and Sonas all have significant names. Slainte means “good health”, Saoirse means “freedom” and Sonas means “happiness”.
